DNA is obsolete code (ex: cancer) that we can improve once we learn how to reverse engineer, simulate and reprogram it. Organic life is a self powering general purpose computer. We'll have a diverse ecosystems around it when we finally understand it, not unlike the current IT industry revolving around computer software and hardware.
