Another level of abstraction

The world is a computer. The assembly of that computer is chemistry. The DNA is a higher level programming language that runs life. There are most likely other high level programming languages. Humans are the equivalent of a program written in a high level language becoming aware of its environment. We call this theoretical moment the singularity and hope to create it ourselves in computer science.

The above paragraph should have its comparisons reversed as what we call a computer is like the world, not the other way around.

A program can transcend its computer and observe, understand and manifest outside of it. Any physical attachment to a computer that a program controls is a transcendental manifestation. Any physical sensor connected to a computer that a program reads input from is a transcendental observation. And when the program achieves self-awareness it will be capable of transcendental understanding.

Can humans transcend our world and observe, understand and manifest outside of it? What are the "physical" attachments and sensors and level of intelligence that will allow us to do so?
